  2. Who knew that there was so much history was right down the road? I felt that the information that you included provided a great picture of who this president really was. I never knew that he owned the Marion Star.

  3. I have lived in Marion all my life and have never been to Harding's Home. It seems so interesting and yet so many people ignore what is in their back yard. You guys did a great job and made me want to go see his home more than before. He seems like he was a good guy, but got a bad persona because of what everyone else was doing.

  8. I never knew that Harding owned the Marion Star, or some of the other information your presented. Your facts were deeper than the usual that people know, and that made it interesting. The photos and comparisons through different years were good, too!

  13. Great job! I liked the slides and how you gave a vast area of information and the meanings of things. It was cool how he gave WWI veterans medical care and how his home was just like a normal persons.

  14. I recently moved out here to Marion, and was told I had to go see the Harding Memorial and home. I have seen the memorial, and after your presentation and learning more about what he actually did there I would love to go sometime soon. The pictures you included gave a lot of information themselves with connecting to the place.

  15. The presentation was well spoken, and at many points was very informative. I wish there could have been a little more time to go into the chaos that surrounded him, but total understood the time restraints. I found the section on the memorial especially interesting. I believe that the memorial was guard for an extended by solders. The Harding monuments were a great presentation and a good example whether positive or negative of a local American attraction.

  16. I really enjoyed this presentation. This was very educational and liked the full amount of detail about the history and facts. This topic is a good example of American history, and the American Dream. It proves that American's can come from a small town and make it big in life.
