prisoners in many local, state and federal prison facilities confront conditions that are very abusive, degrading and dangerous for its detainees. Some of the detainees are older men and women who have been in prison for a long time and officials are hard pressed about providing them good health care and housing. They have high chance of getting long term medical condition as they age and they need to be taking medication on daily basis.
